How to Make Good ROBLOX Horror game

Hello guys, this guide will show you how to make a good Horror game in ROBLOX

Atmosphere:

The game's atmosphere should be dark or can be foggy or else it would do very well depending on what type of game you're making. Even if you try to be different than other horror games, it's better not to make the game filled with lights but it can also be optional sometimes

Building:

The game can be built in any manner but if you're trying to build man-made objects such as rooms, windows, doors, you need to add realistic detail to it or if you're trying to make something imaginary try different things instead of only normal bricks.

Scares:

The most major part of a Horror game. You should avoid pop-up gui at all cost since many robloxians dislike it since it's overused in amatuer scary games. Instead use actual parts and some scripting with sound to make the model suddenly appear and disappear. The best time to scare a user is when he is suspecting it's gonna be a jump scare or when he is sure there wouldn't jumpscare like when I am climbing a ladder it would be least expected of a jumpscare but suddenly a monster appears on the other side of the ladder or when you see something dark in the corner you try to approach it, suddenly when approaching it, it comes right in front of you in a instant.

Sound:

In almost all games sound plays a major role in Horror games. To add realism, you need to add sounds like walking and sometimes random monster roar to make the user cautious. When making a jumpscare, you NEED to add a sound like a scream or a annoying yet bad sound that you might hate.

Interface:

Nowadays in ROBLOX you NEED to have a good interface if you want your game to be successful. Like good menu Gui's, nice loading screen etc. Add wicked yet awesome aspects to your game such as object info in the Guis when you hover your mouse on them will surely make your game a hit but it might take a while.

The End:

By the end I don't mean the end of storyline but what the players will do if the game ended. If you would have noticed games like Hospital Nightmare 3 has come many times in the front page yet there are many other good Horror games than it. The reason is when the game ends, it has a winner section where others can hangout with the people who have ended the game. This can also lead the game to be infamous but if you want tix rather than more fans you can do this.
